In April she will be supervising clinical work with candidates of the Polish Psychoanalytical Society in Krakow and giving a public lecture organized by the Polish Society at the Krakow Museum of Contemporary Art. The public lecture is an application of Winnicott’s notions of ‘ordinary devotion’ and ‘primary creativity’ to the work of the Italian artist Lino Mannocci, focusing on his work concerning The Annunciation. Later in 2015, again for the Polish Psychoanalytical Society, Abram will be presenting at a conference in Warsaw on comparing the work of Klein and Winnicott with Robert Hinshelwood. This conference will be based on a book she is preparing with Robert Hinshelwood entitled Melanie Klein and Donald Winnicott: a comparative conceptual study.
In 2016 she will be Visiting Professor at the University of Kyoto for the Japanese Psychoanalytic Society.
