The £50 application fee is non refundable if your interview has taken place.

The application fee payment is subject to a 14-day cancellation period, during which you may receive a full refund if the interview has not taken place.

In order to be eligible for a refund you must notify the Education team ([email protected]) in writing.

You have the right to cancel your application without giving any reason if the cancellation request is made in writing within 14 days of the date of the payment acknowledgement email sent to you.

The Institute  will make the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we received cancellation confirmation from you.

The Institute will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. 

The Institute processes personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation. To find out what personal data we collect and how we use the data, please read our Privacy Policy.

A list of participants names, regions and/or job titles/industries may be shared with speakers, organisers or other administrative staff for the purposes of the event only. The Institute will never share contact details with third parties for this purpose or without explicit permission.
