The 10 Windsor Walk International Therapeutic Playgroup Conference

In person only at the Institute of Psychoanalysis

This conference will focus on psychoanalytically informed playgroups for babies, toddlers and their parents. Held in collaboration with the Institute of Psychoanalysis and the Austrian Cultural Forum.

Presentations include:

• Therapeutic parent, baby and toddler playgroup for refugees and asylum seekers: bringing psychoanalysis to the community by the 10 Windsor Walk Therapeutic Playgroup team: Lisa Rose Akanuma, Fatima Martinez del Solar, Inge-Martine Pretorius and Teresa Sarmiento.
   
• Parent Toddler Group experiences and the change of dyadic-aggressive family relations between a young boy and his mother by Ruth Weissensteiner, Sabine Freilinger, Judith Thaller, Alexa Kyra Weber, Christin Reisenhofer, Margit Datler, Wilfried Datler, from Vienna, Austria.
   
• The Casa dei Piccoli in Ravenna, Italy by Nedda Papi.
   
• The challenges of establishing and running a mother and toddler group in partnership with other agencies in Greater Manchester by Julie Trice.

The conference is preceded by an evening reception on Friday the 17th May, generously hosted by the Austrian Cultural Forum.

(Regrettably, the Austrian Cultural Forum does not have a level access entrance)  

Due to changing the venue of the conference to accommodate more delegates, tickets that also include attendance to the reception on the 17th of May at the Austrian Cultural Forum will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets include lunch and a drinks reception on Saturday.

10 Windsor Walk (10WW) is an independent Community Interest Company established by South London members of the British Psychoanalytical Society in 2018. The aim of 10WW is to offer psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy to the local community, and provide a home for trainees and psychoanalysts in South London.
