 p\;will be delivered remotely via Zoom.\n Recordin
 g available for 1 week\n These films represent dep
 ictions of class struggle and inequality\, where a
 n ideological discourse of meritocracy juxtaposes 
 with the depiction of a working-class alienated pr
 ecariate. The latter try to rise through an increa
 singly oppressive hegenmonic system utilising eith
 er emancipatory education\, or violence and crimin
 ality. I will link this to our countries apparent 
 fetishism with class structure and explore this fr
 om a psychoanalytic perspective.\n \n \n \n \n Ple
 ase note: This&nbsp\;lecture&nbsp\;will be recorde
 d&nbsp\;and available for 1 week to all registered
  participants.&nbsp\;This is to allow&nbsp\;intern
